Concept statement

My design tells a story. Pac-Earth (represents Earth) is trying to get to the cherries but the ghost (representing CO2) got in the way. Carbon dioxide (CO2) is one of the main causes of global warming. Pac-Earth can't avoid it and society can't either unless we cut down our carbon emissions. Pac-Earth is facing the CO2 ghost and this represents what society is faced with today, the threat of global warming. This t-shirt was done when I was probably half asleep. It was late and my mum was yelling at me to go to bed. The inspiration for this design was a Pac Man bracelet my friend was wearing and the arcade game Pac Man. I was fiddling around with graphics programs until I finally came up with this simple design.

Where in the world would you go to and why?

Either Italy or Canada. Italy because of the food (I love food) and the culture. I'd love to go to Canada because of the snow and I've never been to snow. I love the winter season. Also because some relatives I haven't met live in Canada.

Favourite stuff?

A you, many foods and much of Kings of Leon.

Three people you'd take to a desert island?

A mum, a builder and a Gordon Ramsay please.

What will you be doing in 10 years?

Journalist living overseas, travelling constantly.

Why should you win this competition?

Oh stop, you're making me blush (jokes) I'm stoked to get into the top ten but to win will be a bonus. Student exchange will be an awesome experience and something I won't take for granted. I don't mean to sound arrogant.
