David Von Haüser talks about the design:
Ok, I've re-thought my origional design and constrained it a bit to work better as a t-shirt. I really like the idea swallowing your fears and letting go of being self conscious, or worrying what other people think. To tie in with the theme of flight I linked this to a fear of flying and used imagery of myself swallowing a toy plane I had as a child. After talking about the image with a friend I also came to the realise that this idea is a strong reflection of how I feel about terrorism post september 11. So many people became needlessly paranoid about flying, or even leaving their houses and the government has really done nothing but use this fear as a tool for power. rock.

I like the theory and message behind this, the black on the left side blends seamlessly, however the square cut-offs are too noticable! nice work otherwise, and cool typography

i really like it! you've done a great job with the whole thing. as for the sharp corners id put up with them if i wore it :), blending them would have made the Tshirt look woosy.

yeh that's what I thought, which is why I didn't try and blend it :P The image wasn't intended to blend in on the black anyway, I was going to restrict it to a box, the fact that it blended was just a kind of 'happy accident'.
