Claire Woo talks about the design:
As a child, I spent most of my life moving around, across Australia and overseas. The concept of a nomad or a gypsy isn't a new one, but it's relevant in today's society with refugees ect. When I think of gypsy, I think of great wagons of men and women, singing, dancing and walking across the countryside. I guess that's really the concept behind my entry; wandering. The background is a copy of a University Map of Romania. The poem behind the world gypsy is a segment of a poem I wrote. If anyone wishes for a full copy of the poem, please email me. ^___^ Hehehe!
