It reminds me of game cover. It's a nice design. Although, as complete constructive criticism, the design isn't functional as a shirt. The text 'walk don't ride' near the shoulders will mean that when its warn, the text will sag under the armpit area. Overall its a good attempt.

red pebble has a point, you did well for your first use of Photoshop though. I like the red glow. It would be a great tshirt design if you maybe shrank it a bit so it was more just in the front 'chest' part instead of all over the arms as well.
