thats a rip off.... that picture is one of the default backgrounds on windows XP.... you shouldn't be allowed to use it on a design and call it your own!!!!

hmmmm still ugly whoever made it. I would have made the background blue and blended it much more original than a rubber square that always manages to stick to u when it rains...
